I bought the subscription to the videos and was unable to use them because of internet problems. I was told not to worry that you all would send me the dvds so that I could use this study at the church that has been almost 6 months ago. I wish someone would have least contacted me and told me that they were either not available or that they were working on it. But neither happened. I would like to get my money back but since it has been so long that is probably not a viable option either. Thanks for nothing.
